Artur Skiba, President of the Management Board of Antal - a leading company in the CEE region, providing solutions in permanent recruitment, HR consulting and outsourcing.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the Southern Denmark University in Odense. Since 2000 at Antal International, since 2004 managing director. He gave the company a leadership position on the Polish market. A significant increase in the number of employees, opening regional offices in Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków and Gdańsk, expanding the portfolio of services to include HR Consulting, Market Research, Employer Branding and RPA are just some of his achievements. In 2013, he took over as President of the Management Board.
The next step in the company's development was the development of the structures of the Antal brand in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and the Enloyd brand, providing recruitment services in Hungary.
Sebastian Sala
Business Unit Director SSC/BPO
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in Business Management and Human Resource Management.
After 8 years in managerial positions in the banking sector, he joined Antal, where for over 12 years he has been involved in recruitment, HR consulting, and business development across industries such as SSC/BPO, Finance, HR & Legal, Banking & Insurance.
A passionate advocate of recruitment process digitalization, he is responsible for the development of Poland’s largest crowdstaffing platform for independent recruiters – ReX (Recruitment Exchange). He believes that recruitment is not just a business process but a strategic tool driving organizational growth and business success.
Dominik Kalinowski
Head of Outsourcing
At Antal, Dominik is responsible for the development and implementation of processes, procedures and sales policy regarding the Outsourcing service and for activities related to managing contractors. He has many years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and project management (including outsourcing project management) gained in international organizations in the HR services industry. He successfully implemented product launch strategies and conducted promotional activities to support sales.
Privately, a volleyball lover, enthusiast of modern technologies, owner of 2 adopted greyhounds.
